Ingredients Ripe banana -4 or 5 All purpose flour-1 kg Sugar-3 or 4 tbsp Turmeric powder-1/2 tbsp Cumin seed-1 tsp Water –for mixing
Method: First we peel off the banana Then we slice the banana into horizontally and keep a side Take a large bowl combine the all pourpose flour,sugar ,turmeric powder,and cumin seed . Stir well to combine. Add little water at a time and make a thick batter ,and keep a side. Heat oil in a pan ,
once the oil is hot, dip the banana slices in the batter until well coated and carefully slide it into the hot oil. Deep fry , till it is golden brown and crisp on both sides. Drain the excess oil Serve and enjoy the banana fritters with beef roast.
Method First we have to clean and cut the chicken into pieces and set a side. Take a pan add dry red chilli ,black pepper, coriander seed, fennel seed and little amount oil
and heat well and keep aside. Then we crush the heated ingredients like dry red chilli ,coriander seed ,black pepper and fennel seed into powder and set aside
Again we grind ginger and garlic into fine paste and set aside. Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion and fry they turn golden ,drain and set a side. Now we grind the fried onion into smooth paste and keep a side. Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan add ginger and garlic paste and saute well. Then we add chicken pieces and mix well.
